ALTERATIONS – ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All items purchased and altered to your specifications are FINAL SALE, except in the case of shipping damages or defects in manufacturing. Therefore, it is vital that you inspect your delivery before you sign for it!

We are a small company and as such, every piece that leaves our workroom is made in house, with great care to exacting standards. 

 

ALL OTHER ITEMS – 5 DAY RETURN POLICY

We are a small company offering couture style curtains and house wares, so offering a return service is risky business. But, we also understand sometimes a purchase doesn’t work out as imagined. For whatever the reason, we’ve all been there and at HER HOUSE we understand!

 

So, in order to take the worry out of ordering online, we offer a 5 day return policy. You may return any unaltered purchases within 5 days upon receipt of your purchase. All items must be in new retail condition and in original packaging.  Return shipping cost is at customer’s expense. Upon receipt and inspection approval, you will be refunded your full purchase amount less cost of original shipping.

Of course, we don’t suspect you’ll be disappointed.  In fact, we’re pretty confident you’re going to love your new purchase! That’s why we encourage our customers to take advantage of our free online fabric samples to ensure color matching. All you’ll have to pay is the cost of shipping.
